Rebecca Kleeman – Director of Operations
As member of Spirit-Enterprises since 2014, Rebecca has been instrumental in managing the team, as well as, the day-to-day operations and growth of the company. Her 10 years of experience, teaching Youth & Community Programs in San Francisco and Rochester strengthened her planning, presentation, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Rebecca holds a BA Degree in Education with a credential in Elementary Education from Humboldt State University in California.
Ginny Robinson – Consultant Specialist
With twenty years experience as a distributor sales rep in the Jan/San & Packaging Industries, I launched Spirit Enterprises in 2002 with the belief that by appreciating and building relationships with my customers, I could have a business with the best customers in the world. Here we are many years later and it turns out I was right. Long term customer relationships and solid, dependable and trustworthy service built this business. We are proud to say that the vast majority of customers that started with us are still with us today.
I wore a lot of hats along the way and I believe that gives me a unique perspective. As a buyer, I gravitate toward and stay with certain vendors. They earn and retain our business by doing the same things we strive to do for our customers day in and day out. We never forget that there is a real person on the other end of the line and that matters. We identify with your unique business needs and they become one with ours. Our time frame is "now or before now." We get it done and done right.
Karen Robinson Kurek – President
Karen has been on the Spirit Team since 2009. During this time, she gained proficiency in every facet of the business from the ground floor up. In 2017, Karen purchased Spirit Enterprises from founder, Ginny Robinson and has been the owner and President of Spirit Enterprises since. Karen’s success has come from the understanding that the customer comes first. She knows the importance of being of being on the front line and is 100% involved in the day to day operations. Karen believes in a solution oriented business model. With technology evolving so quickly, and large companies getting larger, Karen wants customers to know when they call Spirit, they will receive personalized attention with a team member always answering the phone. Locally owned and operated, Team Spirit will go above and beyond, providing value added service with exceptional products.
Prior to Spirit, Karen was a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Merck where she consistently earned many sales awards of distinction. In her spare time, she volunteers as an advocate to help parents of children with disabilities. She is also involved in fundraising activities for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to support research and the fight against cancer.
Karen has an MBA from Canisius College and a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Brockport.
